I took my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer in for inspection in which he greeted me with a respectful handshake and introduction. Best customer service. Very fast. I got hit by a man that fled on a private lot so my insurance didn’t want to work with me. Pretty much a hit and run that left my passenger side so bad that my door didn’t open.
